During my participation in the IHG Academy program I was able to train in several different departments. I tried my best to learn and understand as much as I could from each department while I was going through the rotation.
I have a much better understanding of the entire hotel’s operation and how each department must interact with one another for the hotel to operate efficiently.
Because of my deep understanding of the hotel, and my strong performance as an IHG Academy participant, I was offered a position as a Front Desk Agent at the InterContinental Sao Paulo.
